Yasunari Nishida

Yasunari Nishida is one of the original programmers working with Shigeru Miyamoto during the early days of the Entertainment Analysis & Development Division. Nishida was originally an employee of SRD Company Limited and working inside EAD to program several titles like the original Super Mario Bros. and the first installment of The Legend of Zelda. Nishida officially joined Nintendo during the Super Famicom development period, where he joined an internal EAD programming team working on Mode 7 technology.
Yasunari Nishida is currently a senior member of the Development Environment Group within the EAD Technology Development Department of Entertainment Analysis & Development Division.
